BENT BANANI RETURNS
1 - Can I return unwanted goods for a refund?No. Bent Banani does everything to promote & create products that appeal, with comprehensive size guides, images highlighting patterns and colours, and options to contact us with any query prior to purchase. As such, if you don't like an item or change your mind on receipt of goods, we will not offer any refund. You would be required to return any unwanted item at your expense thus, in short, if you no longer want an item, you're financially better off finding someone that does!
2 - Can I get a replacement sent for faulty or damaged goods?Yes. As all items are inspected prior to dispatch, it is unlikely your Bent Banani will be damaged in any way, however if you believe there to be a fault, you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
As all fabric prints have limited availability and sold on a first-come basis, it is unlikely a replacement shirt can be made of the same fabric. If this is the case, you will be free to choose a replacement from our available fabrics.
The faulty item/s must first be returned by standard local post to Bent Banani. The postage receipt must be included with the returned faulty item. Your replacement item will be dispatched within one week of our receipt of the faulty item/s. Do not send anything back without first contacting me.
Postal refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. Credit refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used as payment for the original order. Please allow 2weeks from our receipt of the returned goods for the adjustment to reach the account.
Please allow 4weeks for delivery of your replacement shirt. We will update you via email on the progress of your replacement.

3 - Can I return faulty or damaged goods for a refund?Yes. As all items are inspected prior to dispatch, it is unlikely your Bent Banani will be damaged in any way, however if you believe there to be a fault, you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
The faulty item/s must first be returned by standard local post to Bent Banani. The postage receipt must be included with the returned faulty item. Do not return anything without first contacting me.
If the faulty item/s constituted the entire order or if all items delivered were faulty or damaged, the original delivery charge will be repaid, along with return postage.
If the recipient has paid import duty, it will be repaid on a pro rata basis. A receipt showing the duty paid must be included with the returned goods.
Credit refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. Credit refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used as payment for the original order. Please allow 2 weeks from our receipt of the returned goods for the adjustment to reach the account.

4 - Can I get a refund for a lost TNT Dispatched delivery?Yes. If you requested TNT Express Courier delivery, first track the progress of your order using the TNT website and reference number given on your dispatch notice. If your delivery has not arrived 14 days after receiving your dispatch notice, contact me immediately.
Bent Banani will not consider a courier dispatched order lost until 1 month has passed since the date of dispatch.
5 - Can I get a refund for a lost registered post delivery?Yes. Unless otherwise requested, all items are dispatched by standard registered post and though your order cannot be tracked, this option includes a 'delivery confirmed' notice for Bent Banani. Depending on your address, registered postal delivery can still take 4weeks. If your delivery has not arrived 21 days after receiving your dispatch notice, contact me immediately.
Bent Banani will not consider a registered postal order lost until 2 months has passed since the date of dispatch.
6 - What must I do to receive my refund, and when will I receive it?Credit refunds will only be made to the original purchaser. As Bent Banani does not store credit or debit card details, once we have received the returned items, or confirmed an item has been lost in delivery, we will contact the original purchaser by phone to retrieve these details for refund.
If you are returning item/s due to a fault or damage on the part of Bent Banani, we will refund the price paid for the items. If the faulty item/s constituted the entire orderor all items delivered were faulty or damaged, the original delivery charge will be repaid.
We will refund the recipient the cost of returning the item/s via standard local post from their local postal service, to a maximum of GBP£5 per item. A printed receipt must be obtained (hand written cash receipts will not be accepted) and included with the returned item/s. If the recipient has paid import duty, it will be repaid on a pro rata basis. A receipt showing the amount of duty paid must be included with the returned item/s.
Please allow 2 weeks from our receipt of the returned items for the adjustment to appear on the account.
7 - How do I return items by post?If you are returning faulty or damaged item/s, you must return the items by standard post in their original packaging to:

You have contacted Bent Banani before posting any item
Your invoice number & return address is clearly written on the envelope
The return postage receipt is included in the envelope
A receipt showing any applicable duties paid is included in the envelope
We will contact you immeditely on receipt of the returned item/s
