1 - The only thing on our shelf is the awesome 100% cotton fabric. Nothing else. Not even dust!
2 - Everything is lovingly tailor-made to order in Bangladesh. It takes time to create & dispatch your awesome shirts & for them reach you, so please be patient. Generally your shirts are dispatched within 7 days of ordering & delivered within 28 days**, but please also understand that local circumstance (strikes & blackouts mainly) & duff postal delivery services causing delay are out of our control.
3 - Everyone's tailoring needs are different so you must simply email your order telling us
The item & size you want us to tailor
4 - We use generic sizes but if you want to tell us your 'completed shirt measurements' to include, waist, chest, front length, back length, Sleeve length, shoulders & neck, then please do. There is no additional charge for this.
5 - At the bottom of every page there are links to all of our fabrics (each with a link to the order page).
6 - As all fabrics have limited availablity, your fabric may no longer be available by the time we receive your order due to earlier client orders or your size may exceed the length of available fabric. We will apologise if this is occurs, and invite you to select another fabric. Thank You for your understanding.
7 - Underneath every fabric image the length of fabric available & length required to make each shirt is listed.
8 - In all honesty, we will invoice you only after we dispatch your shirts. Karma will get you if you don't pay! OK?
